Shipping & returns

We ship worldwide! Your order will be shipped out from the Netherlands. We ship your order as fast as possible, with a processing time of 1-3 working days.

If your order is placed on the weekend or on holiday, we will process your order the next working day.

After your order is packed and processed by our team, shipping will take approximately the following:

Estimated delivery times:

The Netherlands : 1-3 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Australia, The USA, Hawaii & Canada: 4-6 working days
Japan, China & other countries: 6 – 15 working days
Indonesia: 15 working days ,(when stock is available 1-3 working days).
Russia : We do not ship to Russia yet.

Right after you placed your order your will get an order confirmation by e-mail. When we ship out your order you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

We work with the best shipping partners worldwide to provide you the best and fastest service.

Deliverycosts will be automatically added in your shopping bag, after you entered your address. When you place an order over 40 euro in the Netherlands your delivery costs will be free.

For an order over 150 euro’s international orders are free as well.

Comments

  • We are not liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and import duties. It is at the discretion of the customer to be aware of these fees.
  • All unclaimed international orders will be returned to us and the customer will be expected to pay for the re-delivery
  • We cannot leave packages unattended. If no one is available to collect the package, it will be delivered to your local post office for collection.
  • We are unable to forward orders once shipped, so please double check the address provided before confirming your order.

Return policy

If you do not like the products, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your package. We will refund the sale price of your items in full.

How does return work:

If you want to return something, follow these steps:

(Within 30 days)

  1. Contact us at customerservice@tetswimwear.com,with your name and order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a return form as soon as possible that you can add to your return package.
  3. Prepare your package with the products in perfect condition and in the original packaging (with label). The hygiene label must still be on it when you return a pair of pants.
  4. Don’t forget to add the return form 🙂
  5. Address your package to:

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, you can send an e-mail directly toinfo@tetresponsiblewear.comwith your name and order number, then we will help you as best as possible! Please add a photo for damage.

Returns are at your own expense, you can send your order to our warehouse yourself. We do this from a sustainability point of view.

The products must be in original condition, with labels including hygiene seal. We do not accept cut or worn goods. (Make sure to try on swimwear over your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns of items if it is clear that this has not been done.)

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on www.tetswimresponsiblewear.com. We will refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders after they have been shipped.

Please note that we process orders quickly, so we cannot handle cancellations
