Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide! Your order will be shipped out from the Netherlands. We ship your order as fast as possible, with a process time of 1-3 working days.
When your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we will process your order on the following working day.
After your order is packed and processed by our team, shipping will take approximately the following:
Estimated delivery times:
The Netherlands : 1-3 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Australia, The USA, Hawaii & Canada: 4-6 working days
Japan, China & other countries: 6 – 15 working days
Indonesia: 15 working days , (when stock is available 1-3 working days).
Russia : We do not ship to Russia yet.
Right after you placed your order your will get an order confirmation by e-mail. When we ship out your order you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.
We work with the best shipping partners worldwide to provide you the best and fastest service.
Delivery costs will be automatically added in your shopping bag, after you entered your address. When you place an order over 150 euro in the Netherlands your delivery costs will be free.
For an order over 250 euro’s international orders are free as well.
Just to note.
- We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
- Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
- We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.
- We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.
Our products can be returned by the customer within 14 days after receiving your package. The products should be in the original state. All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods. (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.)
We do not except returns on promotional or sale items.
We will refund you the costs of your items in full minus shipping and return costs. Our warehouse team will check the status of the products and will refund only when it meets the return policy and conditions. Return is on own costs, you can send your order to our warehouse by your self.
Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at www.tetswimwear.com. We will refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Orders that are returned to the warehouse due to an invalid address can be reshipped at your expense.
Please note we process orders quickly, so we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
How to make a return:
If you would like to make a return please follow these steps:
(Within 14 days)
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name and order number and reason for your return.
- We will send you asap a return form that you can add to your return package.
- Prepare your package with the products in perfect state and in its original packaging (with labelling). The hygienic label should be still inside when you return a bottom.
- Don’t forget to add the return form 😉

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us directly at email@example.com with your name, order number and nature of the issue. For damages, please attach a photo.
